Indie developer Vblank Entertainment loves bringing its games to as many platforms as possible, and thus it’s no surprise that it’s confirmed Shakedown: Hawaii for the PlayStation 5. The release — out on 15th December — will be fully cross-buy across all previous PlayStation platforms, meaning you’ll only need to pay once to play it on: PS5, PS4, PS3, and PS Vita. If you’ve already bought it on one of the aforementioned consoles, then you’ll be able to download the next-gen version for free.
As you’d expect, the game will take full advantage of Sony’s new console, including the DualSense controller and Activity Cards. The studio’s also completely reworked the Trophies, adding a coveted Platinum gong as oft-requested by fans. “The new set takes advantage of the latest enhancements, including progress Trophies, which display how close you are to achieving them,” it said.
