Of all the unusual marketing promotions that have occurred this week, we never expected to see Sony sponsor the New York Stock Exchange’s closing bell. But that’s exactly what it did, as Horizon Forbidden West protagonist Aloy sounded the alarm to signal the end of today’s trading.
Bizarrely, she wasn’t alone, as a man dressed as Ratchet from the Ratchet & Clank franchise watched on, presumably pondering which of his life decisions led to him masquerading as a Lombax in front of a bunch of businessmen.

Missed opportunity to put a massive mask on Ratchet, similar to the Crash guy when promoting Crash 4.
This is more interesting then the typical lightshow
Am I on drugs or what's going on here?
When the people shall have nothing more to eat, they will eat the rich.
Well that was quite the watch.
Spoilers, it's Kaz Hiari as Ratchet
@AdamNovice It”s Rrrrrrrrrrrrrratchet and Clank!
I've seen without sound, but it looked like Aloy of Persia and Ratchet hear metal for the first time.
Like what the heck is going on with their marketing department? They have nothing to sell to the masses and they are marketing to day-scalpers. How do things PRE-sell out? Back in my day (before 5 years ago), pre-orders were used to judge how much of a product to make/order, and E3 was a sales trade show to inform the retailers what products they had coming down the pipeline. Everything is a clownshow now.
@nessisonett VORE
Glad to see Sony is keeping it weird.
I can't believe how many people act entitled and whiny about the launch. There's a freakin' global pandemic going on, and these guys (and girls) are complaining and being all Karen-y because they can't get their new toy when they want 😂😂😂
Do you want cheese with that whine, sir?
Meh it should have been Spider-Men.
@BrettAwesome
Karen Lives Matter
Muppets on the NYSE floor. Just another day.
I get it, they're a business but this is just gross.
