Rain is joining the Mortal Kombat 11 roster as part of Kombat Pack 2, and here’s your first look at the aquatic ninja in action. As you’d expect from the character, he’s able to summon water on command, soaking his enemies in both H2O and blood. We also get a look at his Fatality, which effectively functions like a sawblade and water cyclone, dismantling his opponents on demand.
The character will be available on both the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5, and is including in the new Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate compilation package. If you already own the release, then you can pick up a DLC bundle, which also features Mileena and Rambo – as voiced by the Sly Stallone himself! And don't forget, this is a free PS4 to PS5 upgrade title, so you'll be able to convert your copy to Sony's next-gen console at no extra cost.

Rain seems like a mix of a rushdown and zone-heavy character. I generally tend to gravitate towards ranged characters like Sub Zero and Noob Saibot in MK and Injustice so I'll definitely give him a look.
That unnecessary headline though. Don't commenters usually get a talking to about this being a family accessible site?
"This Rock gameplay will make you hard"
@Deadhunter What are you talking about? You would get wet if you got hit by a wave of water, no? 🤷♀️
@get2sammyb Nice save....
@get2sammyb 😒
Well you would! No idea what kind of websites you lot visit... 😏
Sorry but that headline is really gross
@Deadhunter. But you still watch it right🤔.word up son
So why was the thumbnail picture for this article sub-zero?
Risky Risky lol
@MordmitTotschlag That's rain's "klassic look"! Like many other ninja characters, he started out as a re-color of Sub-Zero and Scorpion (except with different moves of course).
Edit: waitaminute, you're right, it looks like someone just re-colored a Sub-Zero picture, lol. The scar and Lin Kuei emblem are not things Rain would have!
Rain was always a beast, spent many a match against my brother doing his round house kick thing that launched them across the other side of the screen. Glad he's finally making a return as playable.
I have been so tempted to get this game so many times it has been on sale, but have never quite pulled the trigger, I don't want to be too late to the party like I was for Injustice 2 and there were literally 6 (including me!) people online
