Multiplayer has officially come to Beat Saber, but only on PC so far. The hit virtual reality rhythm game has received a big, free update that introduces online multiplayer for up to five players. It's available now for users with PC systems, with the promise that the mode will come to PSVR soon. However, it seems it's a little further away than the developer planned.

In a couple of tweets, studio Beat Games has apologised for the prolonged delay of the PSVR version of the multiplayer update. It now projects that the mode will become available in January "if everything goes to plan".

While it's obviously not ideal, it seems the team is working hard to get it done. At least Beat Saber PSVR fans have something to look forward to. Are you excited for Beat Saber multiplayer? Brush off those Move controllers in the comments section below.
