Outbreak Day is way better but this move is pretty understandable and affords the opportunity for increased brand recognition anyway.

Edit: Also this is probably more about mitigating confusion than anything else. But showing a little sensitivity in regards to the ongoing pandemic certainly can't hurt.

@ApostateMage, I appreciate your concern for the virus, but it is just that, a virus. Meaning that yes you can take steps to avoid it, but there most likely with never be a cure that gets rid of 100% of the cases. Some people would rather live theirs lives than be afraid of something every day. I dont wear a mask most places, I'm a contractor and Interact with tons of people. Haven't caught anything yet.

Also taking precautions isn't being afraid. I don't wear a seatbelt out of fear. I wear one because I'm not a moron.

Edit: Though I'm not sure why I bother with seatbelts as they aren't 100%.

I really hope they offer a free ps5 upgrade for lou2. It will leave a pretty nasty taste if they try and charge us again so soon after release. I've been saving a grounded playthrough on my ps5.

@Medic_Alert it’s not about people being offended or outraged, it’s about context. They would be pretty tone deaf to proceed without that name change because it’s not very respectful to the thousands of people who have lost their lives to COVID. Doesn’t hurt to have some empathy.
