Good news, Abe fans — Oddworld: Soulstorm just got a brand new PS5 gameplay trailer. The new footage is looking good, and features some classic Abe gameplay. Of course, the visuals are better than ever, especially in cutscenes.

Over on the PlayStation Blog, creative director Lorne Lanning goes into some extra details about the game. He speaks of the graphical fidelity, but also the PS5's 3D audio, which "puts you in the middle of the action, as if you are right next to Abe helping him and his fellow Mudokons escape". The DualSense controller will allow you to feel "the palpitations of Abe’s heart", while the adaptive triggers will increase resistance when Abe is under stress, "making the struggle feel more real".
