Gods & Monsters is back, only now it's called Immortals Fenyx Rising. The open world action title received a brand new new overview trailer during Ubisoft's latest livestream, and it features quite a lot of gameplay footage. Well worth a watch if you're interested.
While we're not totally sold on the art style (or the new name!) it does look fun. It's being developed by the team behind Assassin's Creed Odyssey, and it certainly sports some similar qualities. The aforementioned overview trailer covers a load of stuff, from the story and character customisation, to exploration, combat, and puzzle solving.
Ubisoft says we'll be seeing a lot more of Immortals over the coming months, as we approach the game's 3rd December release date. It's still set for both PS5 and PS4.

Looks pretty dope. Can't wait to play it on PS5.
Oh wow I'm interested again. I still have no idea what console I'll get it for (Switch, PS5, PS4) but nevertheless, can't wait for the review.
Looks like the best parts of BoTW and that's great, I'm actually excited for a Ubisoft game for once
Breath of the wild+greek mythos=this is the first ubisoft game in a long time ,since assassins creed unity, that i am exicted for.
I think that's a bad time to release it. A month after Watch Dogs and Assassin's Creed come out and Ubisoft release another open world game. No to mention all the big games coming out in October and November, can't see a lot of people going for this.
Lol just as the forward ended Call Me Kevin made a video on this game
This actually looked decent. Looks like it could be loads of fun. Depends on the story and combat as I don't mind the art style.
Breath of the Fenyx....
Kratos is like i taught i kill all the greek god on god of war 3.haha😃.this game looks good taught.word up son
Looks alright. I just wish it wasn't being made by Ubisoft and wasn't coming out after the madness of November.
The art style of this is really off putting. This was on my buy list when the first trailer dropped. But fortnite graphics completely ruin the appeal and as such I won’t be buying this.
Shame as Greek mythology would make an excellent setting.
This looks really cool. Definitely going for that whole BOTW vibe. I’d definitely play this like.
Bad art direction and terrible title change have completely put me off this game. It'll have to have some amazing reviews for me to take another look.
i liked the original artstyle much better. if they'd kept it this was day1 for me - not now.
I have to say, this looks so much like BOTW, Not just in looks but gameplay to. Not that its a bad thing to look for inspiration but this looks the step to close to imitation.
It’s got a kid ickarus vibe to it...
@Kidfried True that... Very true
Looks great day one.
Kinda looks like AC Odyssey on cel shaded render mode. Hope it's good though.
Looks fantastic!Only thing that could of made it better was calling it Gods And Monsters.
This looks really good. I love that Ubisoft is doing something new.
The play test after the show saved it for me.
Glad there is a free demo, even if I need to install Stadia to get it.
@Thelegend159 couldn’t say it in a better way. A really weird even a bit childish or cartoony art style for a serious story.
I think it looks pretty and could be some good light-hearted fun. The character designs aren't that great though, too cartoonish for my tastes.
This looks really good. Could give BotW a run for its money.
It's shocking when I see comments that don't appreciate this type of art style. Not every game has to look realistic. Like do some people understand there are all forms of art styles...wonder what they'd have said about the wonderful paintbrush style OKAMI. How are you even in the business of liking games when you don't appreciate all sorts of ART...
Seems very nice, I look forward to it.
Not sure about the name change (shouldn't there be a colon in there?) but it looks good and given the team behind it, I'm hoping for some solid gameplay.
This has unsold me, art style/graphics/animation all look pretty poor imo. Gameplay might save it but even then I think that looks pretty average.
Art style sold me, don't remember the original teaser so not bothered by the changes!
Also love the fact it reminds me of both Kid Icarus: Uprising (3DS) and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild (Wii U/Switch), two Nintendo games I've been meaning to play.
I really like the way this looks, just lovely. Can't wait, seems mystical and enchanting to me.
