The first of two expansions for The Outer Worlds will launch on PlayStation 4 this September, developer Obsidian has announced. Titled 'Peril on Gorgon', the DLC will whisk you and your party away to an abandoned Spacer's Choice facility on an old asteroid. We're sure plenty of wacky adventures will ensue.
You'll be able to purchase both of the game's upcoming expansions for less with the 'Expansion Pass', or you can buy them separately as they launch.
Peril on Gorgon arrives on the 9th September, but are you ready to return to The Outer Worlds? Hop aboard the Unreliable in the comments section below.

I dunno, I really enjoyed the game but I’m just not sure it needs the DLC, it was a full game and had a proper ending. I probably won’t reinstall the game just for this.
Really enjoyed this game, it felt quite inspired by Firefly. The crew you can hire are a thousand times more interesting / entertaining than anything in Fallout. Will see how the dlc reviews, hopefully it's still great.
Eh, might consider the dlc when I get this game
I'll play the Goty edition on PS5.
If they'll make one.
Please.
I'll defo be firing The Outer Worlds back up for this. It'll be good to see the likeable old crew again.
Highlight of the Xbox show!
Will defo get this if it reviews well. Think this was my last physical game i bought and will have to swipe it back off my dad.
No thanks. Game ending was satisfactory. I'll leave it at that.
Oh yes, will deffo pick this up.
I actually just started this game yesterday. I think I’m roughly a third through it already, and if that’s true then I’ll be happy with it. The worlds are definitely less populated in any meaningful way than I’d hoped for but I’m loving the game outside of that. I’ll grab the DLC depending on price
It was a good AA game, not sure it needs DLC but I'm not against it. I also wounder if I'll reinstall to play it though or if it will forever sit in my backlog like 90% of DLC content.
