Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered PS4 PlayStation 4 Plus

August's PlayStation Plus games were announced a littler earlier than normal yesterday, but next month is a corker. Not only are we getting Fall Guys launching on the service on 4th August, we're also being treated to Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered. All in all, it's a great month for PS Plus members.

It was also announced that the Activision shooter would be releasing early. In fact, Modern Warfare 2 Remastered is available to download right now on PS4 in Europe. North American Plus subscribers will see the game go live on the service in a matter of hours.

In my store it’s under the ps plus tab, but full price is shown, I.e. there’s a bug

I just got the "Texas" trophy in the game they gave us last month - first part of the game - so I don't really need another COD game right now, but thanks for the update on the download, will do it now for later.

It shows full price on the PS4 store but using the webstore link in the article works fine.

I got it from UK store directly from the PS Plus section.

I opened the store page on mobile and the banner was for 10th Anniversary Plus games, accompanied by MW2 image.

After CoD MWR, WW2 and Modern Warfare (2019) I need a break from CoD. I will add it to my library and wait a few months.

For me there was the option to download it for free, but no option to “add to library”, which is what I want to do 🙄 I can’t afford the hard drive space atm, and I’m getting FFVII remake for my birthday soon, which I’ve heard is around 100gb 😮

Had a blast on it last night as haven't played a COD on PS4, last one being Black Ops back on PS3. In the minority here but the fact there's no online appealed to me, so perfect Plus game for myself! Enjoying the campaign as the levels are atmospheric and have decent enough design. Only played a small part of PS3 original but the remaster is up to scratch from what I've played.
