I thought the exact same thing. Very GTA 😅 she mentioned that we'll get more info on the the next gen version soon. Hopefully on the next episode. I'll just carry on keeping my hopes up.

There's an article over on Eurogamer about how they played it for 4 hours recently. It sounds like they use high end PCs to showcase the game and they acknowledge it's not going to look as good on current gen consoles. Though worryingly, when asked how they're going to to cut it down to run on them, the dev says "we're not sure", effectively, but phrased more confidently in a PR way. Probably why we keep getting delays.

I think I'm gonna wait until the ps5 to play this. I think that's the only way to do it justice. We have a tonne of games coming out before then to keep me busy

It may be further away and no longer coming out when I'm hol but I'm still super excited to play this. I might be putting my disk into a PS5 instead of PS4 so will probably run better too.

base ps4 owners should be very concerned about this one... i'm having a hard time believing this game will run properly on the hardware. performance is going to be awful if i had to guess...

@Westernwolf4 it doesn't matter. If you buy the PS4 version you automatically get the PS5 upgrade when that comes out.

@Mafia_Man19 Yeah, but that is at some undetermined point down the road! The question is, do I play on PS4 in November, or wait till 2021 sometime when I get a PS5?

It looks incredible, but am a little worried if the PS4 can cope with those graphics. If CD Projekt Red can pull it off, then they truly are magicians.

Hopefully this might wake Rockstar up. Remember that the plan is to realise a MP version of Cyberpunk whilst Rockstar are looking at bringing GTA V to another gen. Given the choice I think more people will be attached to the sandbox of Night City than Los Santos.

Maybe it's time to make something new eh?
