There's a brand new sale on both the US and EU PlayStation Stores, and the selection of games should be top notch. It's the Critics Choice sale, meaning all the titles included have been highly praised by the press and public alike. There's up to 60 per cent off to be had in this offer, so let's dive in.
A major highlight in both regions is Death Stranding, which is now down to £34.99 / $35.99, but it's not the only high profile PS4 game from last year to have its price tag cut. Control is tempting for £29.99 / $35.99, Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is a steal at £20.99 / $23.99, and Borderlands 3 is half price, coming in at just under £25 / $30. There's plenty more besides 2019's heavy hitters, of course. Red Dead Redemption 2, Assassin's Creed Odyssey, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, and plenty more are well worth their reduced prices.
The sale lasts from today -- 5th February -- through to 18th or 19th, depending on your region. In other words, you have about two weeks to check out the Critics Choice sale. For the full list of games for North America and Europe, click the respective links.

You could also buy a physical version of Death stranding in the UK at thegamecollection for 35 quid if you prefer.
Wow Prey had already been cheaper by 5 bucks last December. I knew I should have purchased it then. Well, I'll pick up the Control season pass only then.
@Kidfried
could be wrong but sure its been cheaper and not that long ago
PSN might have made $12bn in revenue last year, but it got 0 from me. borderlands 3 has been £19.99 since before christmas at game. pretty sure i've seen control cheaper on disc as well. btw: does anybody know if remedy ever fixed all the crippling performance problems in control?
God of War is tempting.
248 Shibuya Scramble any good? 7.99 seems a good price for it
@ShaiHulud ...and then trade it in at Game for £20 when you finish it.
@leucocyte - Control got patched but still has a few issues. Exiting menus still causes frame stutters and the map loading in can take a while. It's nowhere near the slideshow it was but framerates can still tank occasionally in heavy combat. I played on a pro, no idea how it is on a base ps4.
Any Mass Effect fan should definitely buy Andromeda for £3.99. The writing, characters and story may be rubbish compared to the trilogy but the combat is great fun.
@leucocyte
Managed to snag one from boomerang rentals for 18.99 yesterday, don't know if problems been fixed
@ApostateMage I had an absolute blast with it, especially for the 8 euro I paid for it . Maybe not as good as 2 and 3 but definitely still a lot of fun. Like you say the combat is great and I think your crew is pretty decent too, better than most characters in ME3 in my opinion.
The only thing that bothered me was the quality of most of the side quests and some planets looked like crap too. OKay and maybe the character creator was sh*t too. It does feel rushed at some points.
Thought Modern Warfare might be of interest. £59.99. Nope.
Just in time for my birthday 🎉🎂🎉
These prices blow!
I was talking with my son the other day about how good the sales are on PSN. It is one of the few things we agree on.
That seasonpass for control ia quite expensive for whats offered.
