Paradox Interactive has pushed back its noir-themed 1920s strategy game Empire of Sin, opting for a Fall release window as opposed to its previously planned Spring target. Game director Brenda Romero explained: “As any good bootlegger knows, good liquor can’t be rushed and the same goes for game development.”
She added: “We appreciate all your support so far, and trust that you understand why choosing quality over speed is important. After all, everyone knows you gotta stay sharp to make it in Chicago.”

Good on em. I’m interested in this game but a slew of bad reviews due to technical issues won’t help them any.
This headline is killing me because it reads like they're contemplating some grave, mortal sin they've committed, but in reality they're just delaying to improve quality.
@kenyowa I clicked on this article for the exact same reason, the headline is just so good! 😃
Really want a mafia themed game. Not sure this is what I want. Godfather game remade/remastered would do. That was a sleeper of a game that didn’t get the success it deserved- the ps3 version was good and the wii version was also good with the unique controls. A remastered and added too version would be most welcome. Not sure a strategy only game floats my boat. Godfather had good strategy elements mixed in with open world
...I'm really looking forward to this! I actually really liked Omerta released a good few years ago... I'm hoping this is a natural evolution!
