Pour one out for My Hero One's Justice 2, because the anime-based brawler just got a March 2020 release date.
If you've been keeping up with how March 2020 is taking shape, then you'll know that it's already packed. Here's a quick summary of all the bigger titles set to launch during that month on PlayStation 4:
- Final Fantasy VII Remake - 3rd March 2020
- Nioh 2 - 13th March 2020
- Fairy Tail - 19th March 2020
- DOOM Eternal - 20th March 2020
- One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 - 29th March 2020
My Hero One's Justice 2 is releasing alongside Nioh 2 on the 13th March 2020, and quite frankly, it's going to get completely buried. Not only does it have to compete with two other anime-based games -- good luck to all three of them, by the way -- it's also sandwiched between Final Fantasy VII Remake and DOOM Eternal.
Hopefully for those who are actually buying it, the game itself is a step up over its predecessor, which was a moderately fun but kind of bland arena fighter.
Dare we ask if you're looking forward to this one? Show us your quirk in the comments section below.

All I saw in this article was Final Fantasy VII Remake - 3rd March 2020. That should tell you something about the predicted sales performance for this game.
FF7R and Animal Crossing are releasing in March. Anything else releasing that month is dead to me.
Reminds me of September 2019. There were so many good games that I just flat out ignored because their releases were clustered together.
Makes me wonder if they ever make their money back on these types of games?
Why do publishers do this? Like genuine question. Im not interested in this but even those with a passing interest in gaming will know FF7 is coming out during that window.
Its like titles that released in the shadow of behemoths like RDR 2. It doesn't make financial sense.
Fairy Tail looks like a dead cert for me judging by what I've seen of it so far - no real interest in the others (maybe FF7 Remake later on if it's any good)
I’m sure the fans will lap it up but the whole arena brawler thing is so tired at this point. I’m not into Fairy Tail at all but at least they’re going for something more interesting.
