Behind all our backs, Brawlhalla is a quietly great free-to-play 2D fighting game. It operates similarly to Nintendo's smashing party brawler, and features a wide variety of modes and original characters to experiment with. In addition, the game is constantly being updated with new fighters, modes, and more -- including a collaboration with WWE.

Today's Brawlhalla update sees the second group of wrestling superstars join the roster. The Rock, John Cena, Becky Lynch, and Xavier Woods are already in the game, but the number of playable wrestlers has now doubled. New in today's update are The Undertaker, Roman Reigns, Asuka, and Randy Savage, aka Macho Man. The characters borrow movesets from existing brawlers, but have unique animations and more to help them stand out. The new wrestlers are now available in the in-game Mallhalla store.

What's more, a WWE-themed game mode, Brawldown, has been introduced as Brawl of the Week, and the game has had a WWE makeover to boot. We'd argue that, with all this new content, Brawlhalla is doing a better job of representing wrestling than the disastrous WWE 2K20.

Will you be checking out Brawlhalla's WWE content? Are you still playing Ubisoft's free-to-play fighter? Smack down in the comments below.
