Borderlands 3 just went live on PlayStation 4, but before you boot up one of 2019's biggest games for yourself, let us know which class you'll be starting the adventure with. It's quite a big decision to make at the start of the experience, with various abilities and skill trees exclusive to particular characters.
If you need a recap of who's who or haven't researched the four classes whatsoever, we recommend checking out Gamespot's video on the subject. Without going into a ludicrous amount of detail, it gives you a good overview of playstyles, abilities, and skill trees.

I’ve agonized over this . In the end Zane is getting the nod.

I'm only home saturday, so saturday it is!
I like the look of Amara's abilities but she's apparently more of a frontline, in your face fighter whereas I like keeping my distance. For that reason, and the fact that I LOVE pet classes, Fl4k is definitely going to be my first choice.
I chose Squirtle.

Moze for me. Not a fan of sniping or melee. The pets aren't for me either. I usually go siren first but after watching the IGN vid Moze ticks all the boxes for me.

Zane. I wanted to play Fl4k but I will be playing it with my son and he already called Fl4k.
Going to start with Zane. But this may be the first time in the franchise that I legitimately want to play as all the characters! Can't wait, only 3 more hours for me, let's see if I can stay awake lol!
Going to start with Moze but just like I did with BL2 I'll end up doing a playthrough with all of them.

For my single player play through I choose Fl4k, looks very cool(Destiny's Warlock vibe). I just started, so let's see if I will stick with him.
For the coop run with my GF it will depend by who she choose first, but I would like to try Moze

Not decided. I think I'm going to close my eyes and randomly pick when I start it. I'll probably end up uninstalling the game by mistake.

I’m getting the game later today and playing with a friend. He wants Moze. I can’t decide if I start with Moze or FL4K. How are you guys liking those two who already have played the game so far? Would it be redundant if we both had Moze?
Zane Flynt all the way for the first time. I like his awesome Irish accent, plus he's handsome as hell

Most likely zane. Buddy of mine took off today to play and has had 3 complete freezes already. Said its been a busted mess so far....no day 1 patch?
FL4K as my main for sure (Master Skill Tree) and Amara as an alt. Level 17 with FL4K already and he’s kicking some serious butt.
Going with FL4K. The skill tree looks awesome. I also bought the "Super Deluxe" physical copy and that neon skin looks great.
I think this will be the GOTY 2019, honestly.
I went with Zane first, I’m loving him so far. I haven’t been remotely tempted to swap his second skill out for a grenade mod.
