The pool of PlayStation 4 games with cross console compatibility is gradually growing. Just recently, Super Mega Baseball 2 joined the handful of games with the functionality, and now it looks like Hi-Rez Studios is getting in on the action. It's just been announced that Paladins, Realm Royale, and SMITE will all benefit from full cross-play. In the case of the former, cross-play is available right now.
Dates for the other two titles have yet to be confirmed, but it's good to see the functionality is coming soon. Any free-to-play games like these benefit greatly from a large player base, so this trio of titles makes perfect sense.
Are you excited to see Paladins, Realm Royale, and SMITE get the cross-play treatment on PS4? Play nice together in the comments below.
