SEGA has released a new Japanese trailer for Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz HD. It's not a particularly lengthy video, but it does have a bit of new footage, including a brief look at some of the mini games.
One of the new additions to the game is Decathlon Mode, in which players will compete in 10 mini games all in a row. Hopefully with refinements to the controls, the mini games and the main stages will be much more tolerable this time around.

I was playing Fist of the North Star tonight and this is no joke.
You can play the monkey ball music from the original Gamecube game whilst driving around the wasteland. Absolutely amazing.
