E3 2019: LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Brings All Nine Episodes Together on PS4

It seems like Traveler's Tales has been building up to this for quite some time. LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a brand new plastic platformer coming to PlayStation 4 next year, and as you can see from the above trailer, it's set to be the complete package.

The Skywalker Saga will feature levels based on all nine of the major Star Wars movies. This will of course include the upcoming final episode in the long-running film franchise, The Rise of Skywalker. Aside from bringing new adventures from the unreleased movie, we're not sure what other new features this game will bring to the table. At the very least, it seems it'll be the ultimate LEGO Star Wars title, covering the entire journey.

I wonder how many levels each movie will get? And if the first 6 episodes will just be remasters of Complete Saga or if they'll actually, ahem, build new levels? iirc Lego Indiana Jones 2 actually redid the first 3 movies a year after already adapting them.

Rumour is that it will also include Rogue One and Solo. Cant wait, LEGO SW has always been the best of the LEGO games IMO.

Hey guys,
I have never watched any Star Wars movies but I am interested in the story will this be a good opportunity to know the story and characters?
I know it is just announced and not all the details are clear but I would like to know.

Dr-M, it seems like this will be a good opportunity to delve into the complete Star Wars story, yeah! Lego Games used to be more supplemental (like, you kinda had to know the original material, movie etc to know what was going on in the lego game) but lately they've gotten much more standalone. This Star Wars Skywalker Saga seems like it could be really cool!
