Wow, this is not an announcement we were expecting to come along on a seemingly quiet Wednesday evening. From Thomas Was Alone and Volume creator Mike Bithell, John Wick Hex looks to emulate the action and gunplay of the movies in a new game for PS4.
If the trailer is anything to go by, it looks like gameplay will be strategical as you choose your moves and times to strike. The YouTube description states that the title is in development for consoles, and while that doesn't outright confirm a PS4 release, we'd be surprised if it skipped Sony hardware. Complete with voice work that sounds just like Lance Reddick himself, this is a project that we're already eagerly anticipating.

Could imagine it to have some addictive gameplay. Not such a big fan of the physical proportions and the animation though. The game should look like the wolf among us and play like super hot meets valkyria chronicles.

@playstation1995 i really like keanu reeves in some movies, the matrix trilogy was one of my favorites and point break was also great, then for awhile i didnt care much for his movies, until john wick! Wish someone would make a new matrix game, could be so good
I'm not a fan of turn based... but this seems similar and different in a different and unique way. Im interested.

John wick deserves a much better game, is this the best they could come up with? a strategy game. :S
I've seen the first movie, really enjoyed that. Not keen on strategy games though, so perhaps this game isn't for me.

It's a bit sad when you think XIII looked better 16 years ago.
And for the turn base bit, I'll stick to Mario + Rabbids.
