Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled got a brand new trailer during Sony's State of Play livestream, confirming that the upcoming racer will indeed have Crash Nitro Kart content. It'll feature tracks and karts from the PS2 title, as well as its bombastic battle mode.
What's more, PlayStation 4 users get access to some exclusive stuff, including retro PSone-style skins for Crash, Coco, and Neo Cortex. Apparently there are retro karts and retro tracks, too.

Why? It's not like this version wasn't going to sell the most by a huge margin without it.
Best trailer from the stream in my eyes.
Glad we're getting retro skins and tracks from Nitro Kart.
So hyped.
@Knuckles-Fajita You ask why, I ask why not.
Highlight of the stream for me. Love mascot racers, and if Sonic stumbles then I know this is a safe bet.
The retro skins are a neat bonus.
Would love Nathan Drake as a character so we can have Unkarted
4 player split-screen?!?! I didn't know these next-gen consoles could do 4 player split-screen Looks AMAZING The only thing that makes me SAD is that SONY didn't keep Crash Bandicoot :-/ WORSE THING THEY HAVE EVER DONE :-/
@AdamNovice Could have thrown Jak and Daxter in there as well
@Carl-G Sony never owned Crash though, Universal Interactive Studios did.
I'm hyped for this. I like that we're getting Nitro Kart tracks, and the retro skins look alright for a laugh. Yeah, it's system exclusive, but it's only cosmetic.
When I (unknowingly) saw the trailer with the PS1 skins, I thought the graphics had been downgraded 😋
I was planning on get the PS4 version anyways.
Pre-ordered about a week ago, until Mario Kart 8 Deluxe the original Crash Team Racing sat alongside Diddy Kong Racing as my favorite kart games of all-time. Happy to see this is set to be another great remake.
Yay Nitro Kart! I think CTR Nitro Fueled would be a litt barebones with the track selection if it didn't recieve more tracks
The news of the new tracks is a huge, huge bonus for me as that was the one bit of the game I was a bit unsure about. Eaisly the best trailer so far and I love the retro-style stuff too. All of a sudden very excited for this!
