Last weekend, the open beta for Jump Force took place, and it was a bit of a disaster. Only two of the four scheduled sessions went ahead after widespread networking issues forced Bandai Namco to postpone the rest of the test. Of course, betas are primarily testing for these sort of problems, but it still left participants disappointed.
Today, the publisher has finally announced new sessions in which you'll be able to play some Jump Force. There will be three more sessions, lasting five hours each instead of the original three.
The content included in the beta appears to be the same as before, with five stages and 17 playable characters to choose from. Fingers crossed things are more stable this time around. For more detailed information, be sure to check out our freshly updated guide. Will you be playing the Jump Force open beta again? Re-download the beta client in the comments below.

I wanted to play the first demo but we had just moved & didn’t have Internet at the time, which sucked. I wonder if there will be an option for English voices or an option to turn off voices. I really don’t want to listen to Japanese
much better times this time round
@OmegaYato highly doubtful it will be dubbed, the last one wasn't not to mention the dubbing rights are owned by multiple different companies which would make it very expensive AND there is also the fact that some of the series represented don't even HAVE dubs or are owned by companies that don't actually exist anymore (if they went into receivership then the dub will be owned by whatever party brought it out and they may just be a rightsholder group)
point is the chance of this game having a dub is slim to none
Oh come on Tailby you can't put the new times or at least which days IN the freaking article?
#bebetter 😝
Does explain why the demo updated after the beta was over.
Edit: 2AM and 11PM, not good, maybe next Saturday morning at 10:00.

@rjejr

@FullbringIchigo Thanks. I was going to mock "Central European Time" even being a thing but then I remembered we have Central time in the US. Maybe I should just go back to bed. Or at least refrain from posting until I'm awake, fed and have some caffeine in me. 😳
@FullbringIchigo Well unless I can mute voices I won’t be buying the game.
@OmegaYato well that's up to you but it seems a pretty silly reason to not get a game
I’ll definitely have a better chance to play the beta. Hopefully it will turn out well.
@FullbringIchigo I didn’t get any Yakuza games because of Japanese voices with no option to mute, Jump Force won’t be any different. I don’t want to hear another language throughout the entire game. It gets annoying
The times are an actual joke. At least the Jeremy Kyle crew will be able to give it a whirl I suppose...
@OmegaYato You can always mute the TV while playing, dunno why the game itself needs a mute option.
I'm also an English Dub watcher but I can value and appreciate the original Japanese voice talent that put alot of soul and hard work into voicing the characters they were chosen for.
@Snorky Same here, unfortunately I will be missing out on the beta myself.
