The PlayStation Classic's full game lineup has been revealed, and here in the West, we seem to be getting a pretty solid selection of PSone titles. 20 games in all will be included, but interestingly, the lineup is actually different in Japan -- only twelve titles are shared between the Western and Japanese versions of the miniature console.
The PlayStation Classic comes with these 20 games in Japan (in brackets, we've noted which games are exclusive to Japan):

Hmm. Looks like I'll be importing the Japanese version then. The Western console has a cool lineup and all, but I prefer this.
Well Parasite Eve is the most exciting game on that list (that I haven't played), I never got to play those back in the day. Would like to play them, along with the Dino Crisis games.
I loved saga frontier, don't know how much I would like playing it nowadays. It was kinda weird.
I loved Parasite Eve, but, never finished it. I remember getting as far as fighting a giant crab.
I seem to remember 'back in the day' you could download patches/cheats for games, rip the contents of the CD to your pc, apply a patch/cheat, re-burn it and you've have various things like unlimited health for example. I seem to remember having to go to some dodgy Russian sites to get the files
It's better compared to western one, I rather have arc the lad, parasite eve, armored core, and radius rather than mr.driller, destruction derby, cool boarder, 2D gta, and 2D rayman. And while resident evil and oddworld is good, we already have the remaster on ps4, it's not worth it to put it again on ps1 classic.

Going with the gang on this one, I like this list better. I bought my PS1 for Parasite Eve, played it twice before getting another game, which was FFVII.
Still needs Vagrant Story, the last well received PS1 game before PS2 launched, but at least this list looks like they tried to give you your $100 worth. Still needs Legend of Dragoon.
I have Arc the Lad 2 Twilight of the Spirits on PS2 disc but I never got to play it b/c I traded in my PS2 and the PS3 and OS4 I have won't play the disc. Maybe PS5. 😉
Would of been more tempted by this line up then the UK one.

This is a much better lineup but I still wouldn't pay full price.

And let 's say this: Persona? Really? It's revisionism, no one cared about it before 2 if not 3
But why having two different line-ups for the same product? Isn‘t the whole point of the PS1 classic... well the classics. Not some selected ones for different regions.
