If you still have your PS3 kicking around, you might want to take advantage of a freebie that's been spotted in the Sale of the Dead Halloween offer on the US PlayStation Store. inFAMOUS: Festival of Blood can be picked up for zero cents if you're a PlayStation Plus member, so if you've never had the chance to play it, now's the time.
Originally released as DLC for inFAMOUS 2, the standalone Festival of Blood infests New Marais with vampires, and our electrical hero Cole is, of course, bitten. It's pretty short, but it's the perfect little game for the Halloween season, and no one can complain about getting it gratis. The Sale of the Dead offer ends on 2nd November, so if you've still got your last gen machine, get it downloaded.

I definitely reccomend it. It’s an awesome side-adventure for inFamous. It’s well worth the time.
i don't understand why is there still no hd remaster of the ps3 infamous games. They were excellent.
Yeah this is a cool little game. Well worth playing if you've still got your PS3 hooked up.
@Ludens92 I'm with you on this one.
@Ludens92 yeah seems like a no brainer. Bundle them all together for 20 - 30 bucks, seems like easy money.
I still have ps3 .and still got infamous collection.word up son
I would love a PS4 remaster of the Infamous games, as I missed out on them and haven't had a chance to try the PS4 Infamous games.
Wow, this is unexpected. Gotta keep the interest up in the console that is nearly 2 generations old.
I have yet to play it, but I unfortunately bought it months ago for the backlog. In the mood for an Infamous replay anyway.
The first two Infamous games and this DLC were better in my opinion to Infamous on the PS4. Really wouldn't mind seeing this as well as those 2 remastered for PS4 (or even PS5 when that arrives).
I really enjoyed this back in the day. I hope more people play it.
I need a water based inFamous. Starting off with being able to burst fire hydrants, to creating whirlpools and eventually being able to summon a tsunami (bad ending, obviously).
@BAMozzy I am of the same opinion. I absolutely did enjoy Second Son, but in terms of an overarching storyline, InFamous 1 and 2 were just jaw-droppingly incredible. I would LOVE to see Cole return in a new game, he was an awesome protagonist. If a remaster package was released, I’d buy it in a heartbeat.
I’ve still got my PS3 and both of the games and am very tempted to give them a play through...
Yeah I noticed this since the day of the Halloween sale good thing I still have my PS3
Shame the PS3 inFAMOUS games have never gotten PS4 ports, maybe Sucker Punch will consider remastering sometime in 2019 to coincide with Ghost of Tsushima?
@get2sammyb @Jaz007 Agreed great DLC, loved playing the heck out of it back in 2011.
This is the only inFAMOUS I didn't 100%. I'll probably boot up the ol' PS4 and give it a go again.
May as well. I have inFamous 2 sitting about on my PS3; pretty sure I got that through PS+ as well
