Bandai Namco has substantially sweetened the deal if you pre-order Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown on PS4. The game is looking excellent, as evidenced by the above new trailer, but in case that wasn't quite enough for you, the publisher has announced that pre-ordered copies will also include Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War (or Squadron Leader, depending on where you are). Pre-orders will also get the F4-E Phantom II aircraft, along with three skins.

This is good news for fans of the series. After the two PS3 entries underwhelmed, the fact we're now getting two Ace Combat titles on PS4 is great. It also reinforces the fact that AC7 is a return to the series' roots; if it's on the same wavelength as Ace Combat 5 - and it looks to be - we're in for a treat. Well, two treats.

A season pass has also been detailed. For $24.99, you'll receive three new planes, three new stages, and a music player -- or, each item can be purchased separately for $4.99.
