You'd be forgiven for forgetting about Left Alive, Square Enix's Front Mission successor. After being announced at Tokyo Game Show last year, it fell into obscurity, but according to a new report from DualShockers, the game is still very much in development.
The survival shooter will see you playing on foot and inside Wanzer mechs. It sounds like you'll need a strategic approach, as resources will be limited, meaning you'll have to use everything at your disposal to gain the upper hand. You'll also be able to recruit rescued civilians to your cause, and those that you do choose to follow you will alter the ending of the game as you find out what happens to them.
It certainly sounds interesting. We're still no closer to a release date, but hopefully it isn't too far away. Are you still interested in Left Alive? Don't mech any trouble in the comments below.
