Gamescom 2018: Devil May Cry 5 PS4 Pro Gameplay Footage Emerges

Forget that Xbox One video you saw yesterday, this is the real deal as far as this website is concerned. PlayStation Access has posted 19 minutes of Devil May Cry 5 gameplay footage, all captured on a PS4 Pro in 4K. Lovely stuff.

Needless to say that it's the same demo many of you will have already seen, but nevertheless, we thought it was worth pointing out. The PlayStation Access team also discuss the game a little and talk about how it feels to play, so it's worth a watch if you're feeling the hype for Devil May Cry 5.

Robert (or Rob if you're lazy) has been a fan of PlayStation since the 90s, when Tekken 2 introduced him to the incredible world of video games. He still takes his fighting games seriously, but RPGs are his true passion. The Witcher, Dragon Quest, Mass Effect, Final Fantasy, he's played 'em all — a little too much, some might say.

i wonder if the auto mode will block trophies, the other DMC games gave you trophies for getting SSS rank but if auto mode can get you that rank easy then that makes the trophy worthless

Nice, it has been 10 years since the last devil may cry, I really can't wait for it, after a couple of mistake (early sf5 launch, mvc infinite) finally capcom is great again

@AFCC It’s funny, Nero seems to the main protagonist again, yet (and it feels like Capcom knows this form the trailer), we all get the most excited when Dante shows up.

@Jaz007 I mean, to be fair I do like Nero a lot, and he isn't shouting Kyrie's name constantly so...hey, upgrade. He actually seems to be having fun with the demon killing.
