Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise is a Yakuza game at its core. It's the same developer, it has the same kind of structure -- complete with minigames -- and the combat looks like it builds directly upon the foundations laid by Kiryu and pals.
Having said that, the combat looks properly mental in this latest trailer. Obviously staying true to the source material, protagonist Kenshiro can turn his enemies into red paste and pull off some crazy looking special moves. It's bloody, brutal, and hopefully a lot of fun.

This does look so very good!
As bloody as the anime, which is good if they stick to the original work.
But the AI seems really stupid. All the goons are just standing there waiting to get beaten to death.
Can't wait for this
this is brutal brother XD kinda reminds me of "God Hand".
I will probably play all the available Yakuza games first before delving into this.
@Rhaoulos
AI?
Looks awesome. I hope you change the voice to Japanese though.
I've played that game it is incredible.
This looks awsome. 😃
@shonenjump86 But its nice to hear that english voices are solid to. 😁
@Flaming_Kaiser it ain’t bad, I guess I’m just used to play Yakuza always being Japanese. Plus I watched the anime of Fist in its original Japanese voices too. Lol
@nathanSF
Artificial intelligence. The NPCs' behaviour is ridiculous. They barely move
@Rhaoulos
Yes, I know, i meant to infer "What AI?"
This game looks awesome. Not sure I understand what the above comments are even talking about, as I saw multiple attacks coming from the AI, and the whole video is only a minute long. Obviously the point is to showcase the game's mechanics and combos, not how good or bad the AI is. If it's anything like the Yakuza games (and I see no reason why this wouldn't be the case) the enemies will fight back in turns like a traditional beat-em-up.
Hopefully he's not this OP in the final product, need the enemies to be more challenging.
Hearing "omae wa mou shindeiru" in english is cringy...please don't play this in english xD
The game looks pretty cool but the combat seems a little bit slower than Yakuza's
@nathanSF
I completely missed the joke My bad
