We're rather enamoured with Astro Bot Rescue Mission, the recently announced virtual reality platformer coming to PSVR from Japan Studio. In the above interview, we can see a little bit of new gameplay, and it continues to look simply wonderful.
The game looks jam-packed with ideas and interesting moments as you follow Astro on his journey, and even help him out in certain areas. Nicolas Doucet from Japan Studio states that the game contains about 8-10 hours of content, including the main levels, extra challenge levels, and what sounds like a sandbox area. Here, you'll be able to interact with toys you unlock with the coins you collect in each level.
We seriously can't wait to get our hands on this one, but what do you think? Are you excited about Astro Bot Rescue Mission? Watch where you're throwing those ninja stars in the comments below.

I'm sure it will be an essential purchase, I played their previous effort the other day, excellent.
Date? Price? Co-op like the original?"
Was anything of use said during the game play?
Can we build the entire thing in Dreams?
E3 has broke me.
This looks like a great and fun looking adventure for the VR.Out of all the VR games i have played the Robot Rescue game is definitely up there at the top,so I'm over the moon we are getting this!..damn,ANOTHER Day One..
Though it looks great, it reminds me how much I miss Little Big Planet and Tearaway. Wish they'd at least make some extra levels that let you use sackboy and iota.
Will watch this when I'm home from work shortly but 8-10 hours is impressive for a VR game. Definitely be picking this one up. I forgot the name but I loved the free VR bot game.
This looks so good!
