The fine folks over at PlayStation Access have put together another video on Media Molecule's Dreams, this time delving into the creative tools you'll have at your disposal. It's a similar demonstration to what we've seen before, but we can't help but be impressed every time we see what this game can do.
In this video, we see how easy it is to animate a moving platform, create some basic music, and even implement logic into your level. The example shown here is that you can set the aforementioned moving platform to only begin moving once you enter a trigger zone.
It all looks so intuitive, and it's all doable with a DualShock 4, which is incredible. We're no closer to a release date for Dreams yet, but Media Molecule maintains that a beta will be taking place this year. We can't wait to see what people will be able to make.

"Unbelievable"
What's unbelievable is that it still doesn't have a release date yet. Not even the beat has a release date yet. Unbelievable indeed.
Did you guys notice the few random snippets from dreams during PlayStation' E3 presser? @quintumply @ShogunRok @get2sammyb
@blakey78 We did indeed! I was a big fan of those interludes.
@Quintumply same here. I've not seen any mention of them on YouTube reviews of the presser, only people putting down the "intermission" and GoT combat. I was also shocked that PlayStation only got 8% in the YouTube E3 press conference poll. I thought their show was a solid B+. They showed the games they said they would and still had a few surprise announcements. Ah well, each to their own.
@blakey78 Wouldn't be surprised if there was a certain bit in TLOU part II that had certain groups of people upset which contributed to it. Otherwise their down voting it cos the intermission and people can't be that petty, oh who am I kidding?
@blakey78 The games they showed all looked great, but the structure of the conference was what let it down.
@Quintumply it did baffle me why they didn't leave the showing of the last of us and the subsequent intermission until further into the show. It was far too early for a break, regardless of the reveals they had. Personally, I think they should have had it in one place. Whoever thought "I know, we'll wait until everyone is comfy and set for the show ahead and then ask them to move to a different venue" lol @adf86 lol yup, who'd have thought it was the year 2018
I'm astounded by this every time I see it. I will be buying this for sure!
@blakey78 They probably thought people would have moved faster with a brief 2-3 minutes, a BO3 PS Plus announcement, and back to the show. But they had a crap ton of people there to escort quickly to seats from a small (mostly standing) to large (mostly sitting) area.
It was a bad idea. Should have saved the TLOU Part 2 church theme for one of the panels or something. Maybe wouldn't get as much exposure as the conference, but the quick wow/cool moment of being in the room just wasn't worth it. Shawn's little talk probably had a little to do with that as well, aside from the more beefier gameplay reveals and smaller-scale announcements than previous years.
