Fist of the North Star: Lost Paradise -- the game's confirmed Western title -- is officially heading West later this year, SEGA has announced. The adaptation is developed by the team behind the Yakuza series, and has a very similar gameplay structure. It launched in Japan earlier in the year.
It comes to North American and Europe on the 2nd October -- a busy portion of the calendar, but we're sure that it'll find its niche. You can watch the first English trailer above.

My wallet... Yakuza 2, Spider-Man, Dragon Quest XI and now Fist of the North Star.
Oh, I might get this! Hopefully, they'll release an English version of the demo.
By the way SEGA, might as well release Binary Domain and Vanquish in PS4.
Hell yeah!!!
I was thinking a 2019 release. So 2 Yakuza games and Fist of the North Star all in one year. Wow.
@shonenjump86 Good point, that's a lot of burly men slapping people into oblivion in such a short space of time.
Apparently this has dual audio, which is a nice option but come on, when you've got the Yakuza cast for the Japanese voices, there's really no competition.
Does it have dual-audio?
Edit: Nevermind. ^^^ lol
That’s the best announcement of the E3 until now.
@WanderingBullet Yep, the trailer shows it off.
