Activision is gearing up to show off Spyro: Reignited Trilogy at E3 2018, and it's just revealed the key artwork that you'll see on store shelves when the game launches this September.
Replacing the current placeholder art, this adopts a very similar style to the box art for Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy. Spyro, like Crash, is the focal point in the center, while environments and characters from the three titles form the background, cleverly separated by the dragon himself.
Hopefully, Spyro being present at E3 means we'll get to see some new footage of the game. If the announcement trailer is anything to go by, it's looking great, so we can't wait to see more.
Do you like Spyro: Reignited Trilogy's new artwork? Are you excited to see more of the game at E3? Chase some butterflies in the comments below.

Be getting it a few months after release because I will bloody start The Witcher 3 I swear to god I will
As someone with a positive disposition towards the colour purple and otherwise colourful things, it looks mighty nice.
That looks pretty nice. I'll have to get it eventually, but I'd like to complete the Crash triology first.
Obviously not the true final cover, it doesn't tell us it's a trilogy 3 times
It is a nice looking cover though like with the Crash one, just a shame Activision thinks we don't know what a trilogy is.
Much better than the original!
That's some nice looking cover art.
Love it.
Day 1 if the remake quality is as great as crash remake
i hope they put crash team racing
Spyro's expression is what sells it for me.
I'm one of those people that never played the games the first time round so I'm pretty excited about seeing what all the fuss is about.Besides,I like Purple and I like Dragons too so it can only be good.
I think it blends really well. I like it.
I think it may be around that time to replay Ripto's Rage and Year of the Dragon again in prep for this.
@Nakatomi_Uk lol, I’ve been saying that since release. Finally had a chance this month, but then Days of Play sale happened...and I went and bought Horizon Zero Dawn. Alas, Geralt will just have sit and wait his turn.
@LobsterJohnson I've W3 for 6 months and I also borrowed HZD off a friend and started that but then moved to so many other games I really need to stay with 1 till the end
