Rising Star Games has announced that it'll be publishing Decay of Logos, which is set to launch in the autumn of this year on PlayStation 4. The action role-playing title is currently in development over at Portuguese studio Amplify Creations, and it looks quite promising. You can get a glimpse of the game via the reveal trailer that we've embedded above.
There's a lot of The Legend of Zelda in here, as well as a dollop of Dark Souls. "Decay of Logos is an immersive action role-playing game inspired by the developer’s love and passion for European folklore, high fantasy fiction and archetypal classic third-person action-RPG video games," reads the press release.
It continues: "The game sees players exploring a vast interconnected world, packed with secret locations and items to discover. Adventurers will engage in deadly and punishing combat with other-worldly enemy constructs, and discover a world filled with arcane lore as they unravel the intricacies of the game’s various weapon, armour, inventory and level-up systems and mechanics."

I think the game title is a little less than exciting...
Looks pretty interesting!
The logo of this game is not decaying enough
Lost me at Dark Souls.
Is this the dark souls of Zelda games then?
Dark Souls for kids? Hmm, could be ok, depends if the story is any good.
I'm interested. I like the combat of dark souls but not the darkness and gore.
the game sounds interesting in paper, but it looks like everything will be disconnected. Solve some puzzles go into an arena room and do a combat against one big guy. The world looks empty character wise based on this aspect.
THE DARK SOULS OF ZELDA CLONES
Looks fun, especially if it's more Zelda than Dark Souls.
All games are "clones" of something else, good folks.
Certainly has a Twilight Princess feel and look. Maybe a little Darksiders as well, which itself was kind of Zelda like.
I do like the look. We seem to be in a bit of a run of 3rd person colorful games - Rime, Yonder, Earthlock - which I much prefer to the retro 8 bit look.
Meh....
Looks really cool but also feels VERY empty and barren. Needs more bustlin towns etc
Horizontal pointy ears...
Meh lost me with the animation and bland gameplay.
Maybe if there was a deep story, but I kinda doubt it.
Completely soulless. Not a single growl, shout, cry, scream...
