The PlayStation 4 now has a whole range of officially licensed controllers. From expensive 'pro' controllers to pads designed for smaller hands, there's a surprising amount of choice on offer, and PlayStation Access goes over some of them in their newest video.
You can get a decent feel for each controller even though it's a relatively short video, and Hollie covers all the functionality. It's well worth a watch if you're thinking about nabbing a third party pad for your system.

It's so bizarre how PlayStation Europe's putting so much effort into promoting these when there's clearly a market for an official pro controller.
@get2sammyb Agreed. Maybe Sony's waiting until PS5 to offer their own 'Pro' controller?
On a somewhat related note, I hope Access does an updated PS4 headset video now that the new Gold and Platinum are on the market. Their last headset video dates back to 2014, I believe.
An official PlayStation Pro controller will undoubtedly be over priced, so I don't know why people have been pining for one for so long.
I don't like controllers that are way different in shape than a standard one. I don't really need different features either. A turbo button is only useful for like, AFK boosting or something.
My wife got me a custom painted DS4 for Christmas. I like that thing.
Onyx looks OK but I'm surprised there's no headphone jack.
The Controller People modify your own DS4 or they will provide one to modify. It can get expensive depending on the features you add, but I love mine.
I own both the Hori pads and don’t rate them at all. The Onyx sticks have way to much travel before you get your responses, so just feel inaccurate as hell. The little one is so light and cheap it’s only really good for the kids, but that’s okay. I guess
I think the remote control is my favourite.
All I want are the final fantasy figures on the shelf in the back.
