Destiny 2 Is Down for Another Few Hours Today

More Destiny 2 maintenance is incoming later today as Bungie fiddles with things and introduces a quick update. You'll be unable to log in from 07:00 Pacific/15:00 UK time, and then at 08:00 Pacific/16:00 UK time, anyone still playing the game will be kicked out.

The maintenance is set to last around three hours, until 11:00 Pacific/19:00 UK time. However, it's worth noting that when Bungie took the title offline last week, the maintenance actually lasted longer than expected, with the developer adding on a couple of extra hours. Hopefully that doesn't happen again -- the timing is already a bit rubbish in the UK.

Its fine as its my break away from it today, just wish Sony would sort out the issues with the complete network. Put up the price for sub's and its had more blackouts in the last few months. Hopefully at Christmas it will be more stable but I doubt it

They didn't just extend it for a couple of hours last time. It was atleast 4 hours outside of initial finish time, which for us in the UK and Europe was most of the day.

@Bliquid my thoughts exactly. I was saying the other day we need to set up some way for the clan members to arrange things like raids. I was thinking either the forums here or possibly a mobile app (there's a couple).

Doesn't bother me can only get on when everyone is in bed around 10pm. Hopefully it doesn't last that long!

This is bad. Way too much of this in such a short time since release. Don't they realise we all have stuff to be getting on with? Also, they should switch the maintenance times around between US and EU every 2nd maintenance, so EU doesn't always get the short straw.

The companion app is pretty good. Not many of the clan use it but there's people always trying to set stuff up. I did some trials with a group yesterday but rat king is the one everyone is teaming up for. There's people on now setting up for the raid but I don't think I'm anywhere near ready. Everyone seems to be uk time too which is helpful (if you're in the U.K. Of course). I quite like it on there everyone seems a friendly bunch.
