Multitasking looks set to be taken to the next level in Shooty Fruity, a new PlayStation VR game in development at nDreams and Near Light. Launching later this year, the title sees you starting a job at Super Megamart, where you’ll be scanning everyday items as part of your mind-numbing new role. The twist? Giant fruit are on the loose, and you need to turn them into smoothies.
Basically the way the game works is that by “doing your job” (i.e. putting goods through the cash register), you’ll build up a meter unlocking access to various munitions, such as pistols, sub-machine guns, and grenades. It’s an interesting spin on the traditional virtual reality shooting gallery we suppose – even if it is ultimately merging ideas that have been done before.

Someone in the dev team really doesn't like Seth Rogen huh?
Do we have to clean that mess up at the end of the shift?
Best name in the Biz lol!
@Wazeddie22 If so , do we get paid for overtime?
FPS developed for VR. Now that's something different.😴
Looks meh. Anyone surprised that there isn't a new Time Crisis or Point Blank game on on PS VR yet. It would sell like hot cakes !
