Gundam Versus will enter its open beta phase in Europe next month, Bandai Namco has announced. If you decide to give it a shot, you'll be able to hop online and battle against other players, or test out a few of the game's single player modes. It sounds like a reasonably robust beta, so it'll likely be worth a download if you're a mech-head.
You'll be able to pre-load from the 29th August, and the beta itself will run from the 2nd September to the 4th September. As far as we're aware, no North American dates have been issued yet, but we'll be sure to update this article once we know more.
In the meantime, will you be giving Gundam Versus a try? Try not to get shot down in the comments section below.
Update: The open beta will launch in North America on the 2nd September and end on the 4th September.

My Psycho-frame is ready!
Just finished Breaker 3, so looking forward to a new Gundam game to play!
I ignore most PS4 betas and timed demos, but I'll definitely check this one out, even if the weekend is somewhat inconvenient for me. Really cool that we're getting this overseas.
I'll be mentally preparing for destiny 2, praying to Buddha to strengthen my will to fight for the common good and hope that when aliens actually do come visit earth... they won't kill us all because we enjoy shooting their brains out.
Omg cant wait
