Yes! It’s the one you’ve been waiting for: SEGA CD cult classic Night Trap will stage a sleepover on the PlayStation 4 next month. The infamous full-motion video “favourite” is perhaps best known for being one of the influencers behind the formation of the ESRB; many felt that the game’s vampire parody was just too violent at the time.
Now remastered for a new generation 25 years later, you’ll be able to enjoy the title and its superlative theme song on modern hardware from 15th August. That’s the release date for the digital edition; a physical package will be available from Limited Run Games a few days earlier. Are you looking forward to this? I sure hope Road Avenger is next...
I want Sewer Shark too... hell, let Sega release all the FMV games from the Mega CD, least the video quality would mean we could actually see what we are doing this time around!
Haha i was Nintendo all the way but played altered beast lots as a kid. Ps1 came along and that was it. Ps all the the way
This is something only the 90's would produce.
The shocking, graphic nature of this game has warped my fragile little mind.
It's amazing to think that this was pulled in front of congress along with Mortal Kombat for Video Game violence or something. Good job Hotline Miami never released back then.
This rubbish re-releases but not Knuckles` Chaotix.......
Day 1 on both Xone & PS4 for me!!
I won't be picking this up. A game in which you are able to torture young women who are having an innocent nineties sleepover? Count me out. Sickening imagery and voyeuristic thrills? No thank You, video game industry. This evil game Must be banned, so that it cannot corrupt our youth.
@THRILLHOU?????????? I hope its sarcasm but you never now these days. 🤣
@Flaming_Kaiser don't worry, it was
...Great ..be still my beating heart.
Course, it cant be a quality title like Snatcher, Popfull Mail or Lunar.
