Batman: The Enemy Within is the second season in Telltale Games’ actually very good episodic Dark Knight series – and it gets underway on 8th August with inaugural episode The Enigma on the PlayStation 4. As is commonplace for the developer these days, it’ll be another five-part episodic series, with The Riddler comprising a core part of the plot.

As with the first season, Bruce Wayne will play as much a part in the story as his alter-ego, and you’ll be forced to make decisions which affect the lives of both personalities. A retail release will launch in October, including access to the first episode on Blu-ray and a download code for the remaining instalments.

I actually really enjoyed season 1. Way more than I expected to.but the same frustrations with the telltale engine persisted. They really need to place some focus on sorting it now. I certainly wont be buying until all episodes are out as usual

Season One was awesome. I really liked the twists on the established Batman universe.

Yeah I enjoyed season 1 for the most part. The John Doe character was really interesting at the end of it as well so excited to see where they take the series next. Surprised it's so soon as well.

They should set up a cool,new faction for the Bat family to,go up against. Have something like the Court of Owls

Crazy how soon this'll be. Still disappointed from the TWAU news the other day though :/ especially when they can roll out seasons like this so quickly.

@Neolit They do it every time its ridiculous. Thats why i never get it. 😁😂😋

If they make a retail release make a real full release. Well the games run horrible so thats not where they work on. So i just wait for PS plus release.

First season had good story, but was buggy as hell. Telltale really has to improve its quality check.

I wonder what's stopping Telltales from fixing their engine. They must be pretty successful by now.

Sad that there are no news about a second season of Game of Thrones (my favourite Telltales game), but I'll take what I can get.

season 1 was ok.. didn't like it as much as the first couple of walking dead seasons, the wolf among us, or tales from the borderlands. i'll probably wait til the full season is out (like i do with all TT games) and get it when it's on sale - picked up season 1 for less than a tenner in the xmas sale.
