Robert Ramsey rejoice: Capcom has confirmed that Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is coming to the PlayStation 4 as part of a reveal in the latest issue of Famitsu magazine. The dark fantasy role-playing game was one of the PlayStation 3’s underrated gems, and this re-release is being developed to celebrate the series’ fifth anniversary.
While it’s only been confirmed for Japan at this time, we’d be flabbergasted if it didn’t all deploy in the West. Obviously the publisher has been doubling down on ports and re-releases since the start of the generation, so this seems like the natural next step – it’s starting to run out of Resident Evil titles after all. Update: And, as expected, the game's now been confirmed for a Western release this Fall.
