It looks like Sony has subtly reminded publishers that it launched a PS2 Classics program a few years back, as we're starting to see a steady trickle of enhanced ports arrive on the PlayStation 4 again. One that's just come out in Japan is Star Ocean: Till the End of Time, and you can see how it's made the transition courtesy of the trailer embedded above.
Square Enix is charging ¥3,024 (~$27) for the privilege of playing this one in the Land of the Rising Sun, which is frankly daylight robbery. English language Trophies and a trademark have appeared online suggesting that a Western release has been given the go-ahead, so let's just hope that the publisher isn't equally greedy on these shores.

Definitely getting this, been wanting to play this for awhile since I'm not sure what happened to the copy I had. Might have been lost in a move, or some one could have stolen it.
This will be a day one purchase when I finally do purchase a PS4.
Yass best star ocean in recent years . last few have been average at best . the last one was a prequal to this one
Such a Great Game ! Now bring grandia 2 and 3 on PS4 pls ^^
Never finished it on the PS2. Hmm ... could this be a second chance for me to do so?
I will defo buy this if it comes out in the UK
I wish the PS2 releases were more consistent, the console's library is golden but so many games have never seen the light of day since, if an extensive amount of the games were made available on PS4 (and Vita) they'd stand to make quite a lot of money from them, as it stands, we're STILL waiting for games like Ape Escape 3, come on Sony, get onto it ! lol
wish it's on vita too, so i can grind anywhere...
