When it rains it pours, as they say. We already know that Yakuza 0, the prequel starring a younger Kazuma Kiryu set in the 80s, is coming West in January next year on PlayStation 4. However, earlier today at Sony's PlayStation Experience press conference, the company revealed that both full-blown current-gen sequel Yakuza 6 and Yakuza: Kiwami - a remake of the very first Yakuza game - are both heading West in the future. Jeez!
Yakuza: Kiwami will be arriving in the summer of 2017, while Yakuza 6 lands on our shores in early 2018. That's a lot of Japanese mobster madness to look forward to.

Yakuza games being released outside of Japan is always good news.
Highlight of the event for me. So much Yakuza. Assuming I like Yakuza 0, I'll be purchasing all of these.
Best announcement of the show I'll take all things yakuza.
I hope this means at some point they will remake Yakuza 2.
!!! YOSH!!!
What about yakuza 2-5? Its weird to play yakuza 6 if I can only play yakuza 0 in ps4, somehow I miss this series on ps2 and 3. Can't wait for yakuza 0 on january
day one
Yup, these are definitely on the must-buy list.
" starring a younger Kazuma Kiryu set in the 80s," Shenmue, is that you?
I like Yakuza, but the games give you so much to do that 3 of them feel like overkill. Still nice if they believe all three are worth it, I would rather have a lot of them than none at all.
Can I have my Shenmue HD Collection now, Sega?
@wiiware Yakuza 6 is a PS4 release they dont need to redo it from the ground up like they would for 2 - 5. I am pretty sure if Kiwami does well, they will bring the others out.
