We've known since last year that Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization is coming West, but it feels like we've been waiting on a confirmed release date for an eternity. The role-playing sequel aims to be bigger and better than previous titles Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment and Sword Art Online: Lost Song, sporting a more open world that encourages exploration, and a refined battle system. And now, finally, Bandai Namco's attached a launch date.
Hollow Realization is coming to both Europe and North America on the 8th November, so you'd best start sharpening your swords. In Europe, it'll be available at retail on PlayStation 4 and Vita, but in North America, the Vita version will be digital only. Pre-orders will net you a bedtime gown for leading lady Asuna, and two God Eater costumes. Gotta love those references. What's more, pre-ordering the PS4 version get you an A4 lithograph that's signed by series creator Reki Kawahara.

I guess ill order the European version so I can get a physical copy. I'm so tired of digital only games. 😢
Yep, getting this.
The SAO games aren't anywhere near greatest in the genre, but still enjoyable for fans of the novels/manga/anime.
