Sony's very own Jim Ryan took to the stage during Ubisoft's press conference earlier this evening to confirm that the Japanese giant will act as a co-marketing partner on the upcoming Watch Dogs 2, meaning that all of the game's commercials and advertising materials will centre on the PlayStation 4 release. The manufacturer has also secured timed exclusive DLC for the title, meaning that all future expansion packs will launch 30 days earlier than on other platforms on the Japanese giant's device.
But that's not all: Sony has also partnered with Ubisoft to get the ball rolling on a cinematic adaptation of the Watch Dogs universe, which is in the early stages of production now. Yeah, just what we wanted – more Ubisoft movies. We're not keen on this trend of platform holders paying to delay content on other consoles, but it is what it is we suppose.

Found it interesting that Mark Cerny was there too, thought they going ti reveal Watch Dogs VR content for PSVR when Jim Ryan came out.
It seems like it's just automatic to announce a movie alongside games these days. Doubt we'll see anything come to fruition but then again, I didn't think they'd actually go through with Assassin's Creed. As far as the game, I was one of the 3 or 4 people who actually liked the first, so I'm looking forward to this.
Good luck on publishing reactive articles tonight/this morning, guys. And thanks in advance!
