Destiny: Rise of Iron Wields a Flaming Axe in Leaked PS4 Trailer

It makes sence, on a sci fi world full of rocket launchers, lasers etc to hold a melee weapon!

On a more serius note, I did like destiny, but since I don't do strikes and raids, I'll wait for a big sale before getting this expansion.

Looks interesting and I am likely to return to it. I wonder if the pre-order Gjallahorn is a 'year 2' version - don't need to pre-order to get it, just buy it from your blueprints if you have it. Obviously pre-ordering can save you from spending in-game currencies to acquire it...

The fact it has a 'pre-order' bonus leads me to believe this is going to cost - so I assume its more like the Taken King in size/scale. That also goes to explain why last gen are missing out - its not like the more recent 'updates' (they are not really 'expansions'). Just hope they price it better than the Taken King and can't say the subsequent 'updates/events' proved to be 'good' value....

Leaks tend to create more buzz then official releases.

Anyways, looks like its another reskinned weapon… Bungie needs to stop recycling their gears and weapons.

I think more than likely it will be a new 'iron' series of weapons. You will still probably be able to get it without the preorder but it could be a very rare raid drop or something.

It is, but seeing as so many people want a year 2 gally I would think it's going to do well. I would of thought there will be lots of new weapons too. That fire battleaxe looks pretty cool! I would be happy if we get some more melee weapons.

They will release a version with all dlc, I would hang on unless you get the version with all dlc now. Then you can get your character ready for the expansion. You can easily get it for around £20, don't bother buying the base game because the dlc will cost you loads.

Yeah you're right they do tbf I think that was the only problem with the year 1/2 system is that you spend a lot of time re doing people's favorites from year 1 when they could be doing new stuff. Hopefully there will be some cool stuff in the new update

Looks nice, would like a retail release with everything on the disk, unlike Taken King.

I enjoyed Destiny for a while but I'm ready for Bungie to make a new FPS with a stronger campaign and drop the MMO aspects.
