Bethesda's press conference at E3 2015 seemed like a fancy way of announcing Fallout 4, so we were taken aback when it revealed that it would be repeating the song and dance this year. But apparently it's got plenty to show, with rumours swirling that in addition to a remastered version of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, it's also going to reveal Wolfenstein 2, The Evil Within 2, and Prey 2.
Once again, this rumour comes courtesy of Eurogamer.net, and seems plausible to us. MachineGames has been quiet since the release of standalone expansion Wolfenstein: The Old Blood last year, so we can see it having a sequel to show. The same is true of Tango Gameworks, the Japanese developer behind The Evil Within. As for Prey 2, there's been a bit of movement on its domain name, suggesting that a re-reveal of the cancelled PlayStation 3 sequel is imminent.
If all of this is true, then Bethesda's going to have one hell of a show.

I would check out a Wolfenstein sequel - particularly if they improved some of the cover and fire systems. It was a good throwback that didn't outstay its welcome.
I'd be mad for all of those, even The Evil Within. I picked that bad boy up in a sale and it reminded me of a schizophrenic mash up of Silent Hill and Resident Evil 4. So yes please, for second servings!
@AhabSpampurse Yeah, I'm down for a sequel to The Evil Within.
Wolfenstein 2 and Prey 2 are day one buys for me.
...meh...while I don't think that none of these games are bad, they aren't particularly good either and to me the time of generic shooters and terror games has passed. So no, thanks.

@get2sammyb yes sammy .evil within is a great game.better than Dragon age inquisition
Prey 2 interests me. I liked the original concept of the reveal and the direction that was taking so was disappointed to hear it was cancelled. Still not convinced we will see it though as Bethesda were not happy with the way it was going before it was cancelled. I hope if it is featured, it keeps the concept of the original reveal.
Wolfenstein was a great game. It kept some of the 'old' style FPS but updated it to fit into the modern era. I much prefer this approach to 'old' franchises - especially ones this old, than trying to capture the original feel but with modern day visuals. Going through a 'castle' maze/level and clearing it of 'Nazi's' before moving on to the next level and repeating with slightly bigger, meaner and deadlier Nazi's as you progress with little/no story to add context and character isn't really what I want in 2016+
The Evil Within was a great return to Horror Survival and replaced a gap in the market left by Resident Evil since it changed direction with RE5. I would certainly be interested in a sequel...
A remastered Skyrim makes some degree of sense. It wasn't the 'best' game - particularly on PS3 in terms of performance, so the chance to utilise the more powerful hardware to correct many of these does make sense. Obviously the game (I would think) would be the fully patched version and not the 'broken' release version. Not sure it would be my first choice of Bethesda games and think a lot of other games would be bought long before I consider this though...
Loved Wolfenstein, so excited for that. Evil Within, I bought, and I really wanted to like it, but just couldn't get into it. We'll see, maybe give that another try
Two too many squels is too much ..
Prey 2 tops the list for me I'm still to finish wolfenstien and the evil within.
Not heard of Prey but Wolf and evil were both great games so sure they would do the sequels justice.
Wolfenstein is the best shooter on PS4 so I'd love a sequel, same goes for Evil Within.
Fantastic!! Wolfenstein is one of the best games this generation, day one. Evil Within was something of a missed opportunity but I'd love a sequel for that.
Great news.
@Rudy_Manchego Best way to play Wolfenstein was without ironsights, it took a bit of getting used to but freeaiming old school worked so much better than trying to go COD. It's not like those games where hip firing sends bullets off all over the place.
Please don't waste our time with a sequel to evil within, that game was horrible. Story was terrible, controls and framerate sucked, and there were set pieces and battles quite literally ripped straight from RE4. It's like someone asked Mikami to make a unique game, and he just took an alpha build of RE4 and had M Night Chimichanga write a quick story while he was stoned.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Wolfenstein reboot and The Old Blood, so hearing there is a sequel is music to my ears. Also I enjoyed The Evil Within much more when they released the update to remove the bars from the top and bottom of the screen.
@Napples Disagree, aside from the frame rate
Wouldn't mind a sequel to Wolfenstein or Evil Within, liked but not loved both.
@kyleforrester87 I gave that a go on the second playthrough. I thought the stealth on it worked quite well but in a Wolfenstein game, I just wanted to blast through.
I'd be up for sequels to TEW and Wolfenstein.
I'd love a Evil Within Sequel so long as I didant have to play it with that stupid letter box screen so you could hardly tell what was going on.The game was great though.
I hated evil within but I'd buy the rest, well I'm gonna wait and see on the prey 2 since it sure didn't sound like the original.
I think a new Wolfenstein and The Evil Within 2 were pretty much expected (especially with a voice actor accidentally hinting about the former).
I felt The Evil Within lacked a little, especially with it's silly story and cardboard characters. Still if there were another one that was better then I'd be interested.
Played Skyrim to death on PS3. Would like a new Elder Scrolls game in the near future though. Would probably go for Evil Within 2 as well.
Sequels galore but still I would like another evil within and wolfenstein
