The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited is offering up several new costumes in its premium Crown Store - but one in particular has caught our eye: the so-called Nord Hero Armor.
Instead of running around looking like a relatively generic adventurer, you can now don the attire of that mighty Nord warrior from the game's cinematic trailers and opening movie. All in all, we just think that it looks pretty cool.
The official blog states that new Crown Store stuff will now be added each month, so it may be worth keeping an eye out if you're a big fan of the PlayStation 4 MMO.
Have you used the Crown Store before? Do you ever spend any money on cosmetic stuff for your characters? Spill some gold in the comments section below.

There is always something that temps me in the crown store more the specials they do rather than the standard issue items you can buy. I bought a senche leopard mount recently and a few different clothing sets. You can wear the bought items over your armour so its good to get the character to look how you want it to if you are spendiing a significant amount of time in the game.
I never spend in the crown store(bar the dlc packs), just seems a waste... I like to mix my armour up and go for different styles depending on how I feel, you appreciate the grind for the gear if it looks great, if that makes sense... It is also quite annoying in pvp when you can't tell what armour type they are wearing when wearing a costume. It does look cool though.
I liked Elder Scrolls Online, but I couldn't really get into it, plus it takes up a ton of hard drive space. If Sony would just add external HDD support already, I'd give t another chance and buy it digitally if it were to go on sale again.
@patinator I can underastand your point of view on this. I guess you can use it to your advantage in a battle on the flip side. I had a piece of armour which I liked a lot but my next piece up was not s good looking so use my costume more now. I just checked what will be available there is quite a lot of new costumes and a few pets.
@dryrain Yeah, I do think the costumes do look cool especially the lion guard ones. I'm quite happy mixing my armour up, but I am always changing my playstyle/ character styles so for me it wouldn't be worth it. And I usually make my own for the set traits now, so I don't have that problem. But I definitely know what you mean at the start your armour is all different types and never mixes well, so a cool costume is handy for that. I'm just glad there's no pay to win or exclusive armours/weapons in the crown store.
The Nord in the CGI trailers looked badass! Hmm might be something worth getting.
I wasted my crowns on a pet because I thought it would help me
What an odd article this is....
Can't you 'glamour' other gear over your armour like in FFXIV?
