Tokyo Game Show 2015 has officially opened its doors today, so we're starting to see tons of gameplay videos making their way onto the 'net. This time, we've got some Star Ocean 5: Integrity and Faithlessness footage courtesy of 4Gamer, and it's looking pretty promising.
Sporting a typically action packed battle system and some colourful visuals, it certainly looks like a Star Ocean title. This is the first time that we've properly seen the game being played, but with its Japanese launch scheduled for February 2016, we'd imagine that you'll be seeing a lot more gameplay within the next few months.

Okay, this looks pretty good, but it's obviously an unfinished build.

Looks good, I like the art style. I haven't played a Star Ocean game in years.
Really interested in this. Not played a Star Ocean before though but liked the look of them. Is previous experience with the series needed?
It looks okay, kind of hard to follow the action with all the FX going on.

@kyleforrester87 I've only played 1 and 2, but from what I gather, they are all separate like a final fantasy game would be.
I'm stoked for this game like I'm stoked for Xenoblade X!
It can't come soon enough. It won't be this year, but at least I'll have Xenoblade X December 4th. This and Final Fantasy XV will just have to sweeten the 2016 pot.
