Mega Man fans, rejoice: not only will you be getting a great collection of the blue bomber's first six games, but it's coming out later this month. The Mega Man Legacy Collection will go digital for $15.00 on 25th August, and a boxed retail release - exclusive to North America for now - will follow soon after in early 2016, costing $30.00.
For those unfamiliar, the Legacy Collection takes six NES classics and adds in a new engine and Challenge Mode. Purists have no need to fear, though, as they'll still be able to play Capcom's 8-bit gems in their former glory. Will you be trading blows with bosses once more, or is this collection not for you? Let us know in the comments.

I bet they're quietly laughing at that Mighty No. 9 delay. Although, it seems they had planned to get this out a couple of weeks before.
@Tasuki fancy a speedrun on megaman 2 at the end of the month
I'm in, for sure.
I'm looking forward to these, I remember Kinda Funny Game's Colin Moriarty playing 1-3 on IGN. I wish this was Vita too though.
@Cyber-BLP--
I have all of those lol...
But I want this on 3DS because I heard it will in fact be in stereoscopic 3D, and that's something I've been beggin for since the 3DS launched in 2011. I just want my mega man games in 3D!
I am tempted to pick this up on PS4 though, but I'm not sure why because I have them in high definition on Wii U
Definitely waiting and going to get the physical copy of this! Can't wait!!
Going to wait for the physical release
@themcnoisy It all depends how it feels using a PS controller to play Mega Man games. I hope they don't do a screw job like the buttons on the AC for Gamecube.
