The prayers of all you DigiDestined have been answered: Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth is coming West. The news broke earlier via a panel at the Anime Expo, at which Bandai Namco confirmed that the role-playing game would be coming to North America in 2016.
And, while there's currently no concrete details on a European launch, we'd assume that the Old World is in safe hands if the publisher's recent localisation track record is to be taken into account. What's more, contrary to earlier rumours, the title will release on the PS Vita as well as the PlayStation 4. However, the handheld version will only be available digitally, while you'll be able to grab a retail disc for your home console.

Are you hyped? Take a look at the game's first English trailer, and then get digivolving in the comments section below.

I haven't played a Digimon game since Digimon World 4. It was alright, but I never beat it.
This seems interesting though. I'll have to look into this one.
Hope its good. Always looking for good japanese games on my vita
@Cowboysfan-22 yessss to your yes to his yesssssss
So is it Persona combined with Pokemon? That trailer told me nothing!
@Batman Kind of.
@ShogunRok dammit, Ramsey! I need more to go on then that.
@Batman All I can say is that it has dungeons, it has Digimon to collect and train, and it has dialogue with a cast of colourful characters. Drink deep from the hype, Potter.
Thank god! I'm happy to live to play Digimon again!
