The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited is getting its first slice of downloadable content on the 15th September, ZeniMax Online Studios has announced. Those of you who played The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion will likely recognise the Imperial City - the seat of Imperial power that exists at the very heart of Tamriel.
According to the add-on's trailer, it'll mix player versus player content with a new quest line that's all about driving the daedric armies of Molag Bal from the city. It'll also feature new gear sets and new co-op dungeons.
As for the pricing, those with an active ESO Plus subscription will be able to download the pack at no extra charge, while everyone else will have to cough up 2500 crowns via the in-game store, which roughly equates to around £10.
Will you be taking the fight to the Imperial City, or are you still slogging through the game's existing content? Spill some daedric blood in the comments section below.

Mmm looks pretty cool...do you know if you cancel your ESO subscription would you then have to purchase it for 2500 crowns?
@milero91 I believe so, yes. I assume it's like PlayStation Plus - if you cancel your subscription, you lose access to any content you've got via your subscription until you renew it again.
@ShogunRok @milero91 shogun is correct. If you cancel it or let it lapse a week after you get the dlc, you then lose the dlc content. It's basically an incognito subscription model. But the crowns you receive for the sub pays for itself. So its really not that bad.
I would of thought this would be free seen as though when it was advertised it showed them fighting over the imperial city. But I can't really complain with the amount of content in the game already. Will definitely be buying it anyway.
@icarusdreams @ShogunRok Nice, thanks guys. With 1500 crowns each much on ESO Plus it'll pay for itself anyway
